This book is not a technical book. It discusses various concepts into more than psychology, is that destion of maps, range of bets or raises. He explains that it is the management of this aspect of the game that differentiates very good players who want to become.
In this book, many topics are discussed such as tilt, bankroll, opponents, bad passes, bad beats ... All this through various arguments, examples and even some interesting exercises to do.
On a personal note, I think this is the book that taught me the most. The psychological strength is at least as important as pure technique.
